Hello long-lost internet friends 👋Resurrecting this newsletter from the dead. You're on this list because you previously subscribed to one of my old newsletters. No hard feelings if you hit the unsubscribe button!  I'm re-starting this blog for three reasons: First — and most importantly — to share insights, observations, & frameworks I've picked up over the years. I feel like I'm really hitting my stride as a strategist, and want to share some things I've learned with the community. One of my core beliefs is that strategy is an adjective (over a noun), meaning that anyone can be strategic in their role without being a "strategist." So I hope to share some lessons learned to help anyone from Designers & Product Managers to Marketers & Operators be more strategic in their roles. If these posts happen to prove valuable, I'd like to create an online course to share these ideas with more folks. Secondly, I'm hungry to reignite my writing practice and start thinking in public. My goal here is to accelerate my learning and to engage with a community who are also thinking about similar ideas. Lastly, I'm a company man. I joined Twitter in February to help start a new Experience Strategy team, and around the same time I started, the company acquired Revue — the newsletter product I'm writing on. I'm excited to dive deep into the product as a customer, to give them first-hand feedback on trying to grow an audience from scratch. That's all for now. Have a great weekend. Elan
