We want to be known for building unique & differentiated brands; the kind that give people meaning, resonate in culture, & stand the test of time.
Our approach to strategy & storytelling is what best sets us apart.

All powered by our discovery process that pulls inspiration from unexpected places to help our clients see the opportunity differently.
When we first got started building Off-Menu’s brand, the brief was simple—how do we “walk the walk” with a brand that feels uniquely memorable?
Hospitality was our North Star, but as you can imagine—it can mean a lot of different things in different contexts.
So as part of our creative exploration, we ventured into different territories to make sure the vibe felt on point.
Some were all about service, paying homage to fancy hotels & 10 star hospitality.
Others were more food & restaurant related.
A few even leaned more into the concept of “off” that were just straight up weird.
We landed on an interpretation of hospitality that was closer to your favorite diner or deli than a 5-star hotel.
A brand filled with the craft & character rarely seen in today’s modern world.
We asked ourselves, “How might we capture the feeling of your local neighborhood diner?”
The kind of place that makes you feel seen by knowing order before you even think to ask.
Throughout our brand you’ll see subtle references to this idea that hopefully don’t feel *too* on the nose.
Everything from our client list displayed as a “wall of fame” to our hand-written reviews on deli receipts.
But here’s where things get really fun…
If you’ve ever worked with me before, you know conversational headlines & gifs are my love language.
It’s how I break down complicated topics and give presentations that are actually entertaining to sit through.
We leveraged that insight to create a library of brand collages that lean into unexpected combinations.
The kinds of things you remember because they instantly grab your attention and hopefully make you smile.
We paired these unexpected combinations with big, bold headlines to explain what we do in a uniquely memorable way.
(Which is especially helpful when trying to explain the value of something vague and misunderstood like strategy.)
Now that the brand is live, the real work begins—trying to make every touchpoint of the brand a memorable experience.
It’s why we invested so heavily in merch.
And a welcome package designed to make clients feel extra special.
